The Priory City of Lincoln Academy is seeking to appoint a motivated and customer-focused Sports Centre Receptionist to join our dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the operation of our Sports Centre in a front-line role.
The successful candidate will work independently as part of our team of receptionists, providing a welcoming and professional service to all visitors. This role requires excellent communication skills, reliability, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a busy environment.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Sixth Form Curriculum Assistant to join our successful and supportive team. In this varied role, you will be supporting our Year 12 and 13 during their study sessions, ensuring they attend and make good progression in each one. You will focus on pastoral care while maintaining discipline and good behaviour in the study room. You will also perform administrative tasks including updating and maintaining the student display boards.
The post holder should be flexible in both approach and commitment as participation will be required in student trips and residential visits. Candidates should also be able to offer extracurricular support to students with after school clubs.
The successful applicant will be qualified to GCSE level C or equivalent in English and Maths. Computer literacy is essential. A Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Supporting Teaching and Learning is desirable. You will be asked to undertake First Aid training to provide assistance during student and residential trips.

The Priory Ruskin Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Site Manager to join our dedicated team of staff at the academy.
The Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a large academy site. They will coordinate and lead the site team and be responsible for improving and maintaining site facilities. The post-holder will be required to fit into and manage a shift system, which will include being part of the on-call rota. An element of weekend work may be required from time to time.
The candidate will also be expected to maintain all mandatory records in relation to health and safety to ensure compliance with legislative requirements. The post-holder may be required to carry out some manual handling tasks and will oversee the security and safety of the academy and grounds.
A full, clean driving licence is an essential requirement. The post holder will also have Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy and be proficient in the use of IT systems in support of their duties. Previous experience of leading and managing a team of staff is desirable.
