We are looking to appoint an Administration Lead to join our Apprenticeship Team at the Priory Federation of Academies Trust. The post holder will have extensive knowledge of apprenticeships, have excellent organisational skills, and be able to implement clear systems and processes. They will possess a willingness to work with others, with the ability to prioritise and manage tasks and deadlines efficiently.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience of apprenticeships administration and compliance, and English and Maths GCSE grade A-C or grade 4 or above.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Level 3 Apprentice Business Administrator to provide clerical and reception support to the administrative team. As a part of this role, you will qualify in Business Administration Level 3.
Applicant should be flexible, show initiative and be able to work closely with our team of support staff. The post holder will have a welcoming and friendly approach to visitors; have excellent organisational skills, good discipline, a willingness to work with others and the ability to think ‘outside of the box’.
The position will be working Monday to Thursday 08:00am – 4:000pm and Friday 08:00am – 3.30pm, 52 working weeks per year.
