The Academy is an ‘all through school’ and in addition to cover, the appointed candidate will provide classroom support and have a good working knowledge and recent experience of lesson delivery, adapting to academy needs and working with pupils.
The successful applicant will be flexible, organised and IT literate. It is essential that they are able to use their initiative and have strong inter-personal skills to build strong relationships with pupils and colleagues.
