The Priory Ruskin Academy is seeking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher with the drive, talent and passion to strategically lead the extensive pastoral teams and systems within the academy.
Emotionally intelligent, proactive and values-driven, our ideal candidate will be committed to improving the life chances of our young people by overcoming barriers to learning and ensuring all students have a rich experience within and beyond the curriculum. Your significant experience and knowledge of pastoral provision will continue to shape the direction of Ruskin, which has an outstanding reputation for its holistic approach to education and superlative pastoral care of our students.
