Waddington Redwood Primary Academy is looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and successful team, where our supportive and dedicated staff are committed to delivering the best educational opportunities and outcomes for all our students. This role is connected to funding and will be temporary until the end of the academic year.
We are a community orientated and ambitious Academy. As a member of staff, you will benefit from strong leadership and effective support and you will have the vision, drive and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with our pupils. This vacancy would suit an individual who are passionate about working with children, supporting them to develop from both an academic and social perspective. The successful candidate should have previous experience in supporting children with additional educational needs. English and Maths GCSE grade A-C are essential.
